Automatic Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester adopts variable frequency power supply technology, using microcontrollers and modern electronic technology for automatic frequency conversion, A/D conversion, and data processing；It features strong anti-interference capability, fast testing speed, high accuracy, full automation, and easy operation; The power supply uses a high-power switching power supply, outputting pure sine waves at 45Hz and 55Hz, with automatic voltage boosting, providing up to 10kV voltage; It automatically filters out 50Hz interference, suitable for on-site testing in environments with high electromagnetic interference such as substations. It is widely used for dielectric loss measurement of transformers, instrument transformers, bushings, capacitors, arresters, and other equipment in the power industry.

1. The instrument uses the complex current method to measure capacitance, dielectric loss, and other parameters. The test results are highly accurate, facilitating automated measurement.

2. The instrument adopts variable frequency technology to eliminate on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, ensuring reliable data even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.

3. The instrument features a large-screen LCD display, and the testing process is guided by Chinese menu prompts, making it intuitive and easy to operate.

4. The instrument is easy to operate, and the measurement process is controlled by a microprocessor. Once the appropriate measurement mode is selected, data measurement is automatically completed under microprocessor control.

5. Integrated design, with built-in standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply, facilitating on-site testing and reducing on-site wiring.

6. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and meets the requirements for oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, it only requires a standard oil cup and dedicated test leads to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement.

7. Equipped with CVT test function, enabling self-excitation method testing of CVT without external accessories. With a single measurement, the capacitance and dielectric loss of C1 and C2 are all measured.

8. The reverse wiring test adopts Ivddv technology, eliminating the previous instability of reverse wiring data.

9. It has a reverse wiring low-voltage shielding function. When the 220kV CVT bus is grounded, it can perform 10kV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurement on C11 without disconnecting the wiring.

10. It has the function of measuring dielectric loss at high voltage, capable of conducting dielectric loss tests above 10kV using a high-voltage transformer or series resonance.

11. Ground protection function: when the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, it does not enter the normal program and does not output high voltage. Overcurrent protection function: the instrument is not damaged in case of short circuit or breakdown of the test object.

12. Electric shock protection function: if the operator accidentally gets an electric shock, the instrument immediately cuts off the high voltage to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
