TPJSC-A Intelligent Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester is a professional instrument for measuring dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx), used for measuring dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx) of various insulating materials, insulating bushings, power cables, capacitors, transformers, and other high-voltage equipment under power frequency high voltage. The instrument features simple operation, no need for data conversion, Chinese menu display, built-in printing function, strong anti-interference capability, and fast testing speed.
Technical Indicators
1. Ambient temperature: 0~40℃
2. Relative humidity: 30% ~70%
3. Power supply: Voltage: 220V±10%, Frequency: 50±1Hz
Dielectric loss (tgδ): 1%±7 digits (load current 20uA~500mA)
Dielectric loss (tgδ): 2%±9 digits (load current 5uA~20uA)
Capacitance (Cx): 1.5%±1.5pF
Working Principle
The instrument's measurement circuit includes a standard circuit and a test circuit:
1. The standard circuit consists of a built-in high-voltage stable standard capacitor and a standard resistor network. The computer collects the current amplitude and phase difference of the standard circuit and the test circuit in real time, and calculates the capacitance (CX) and dielectric loss (tgδ) of the test object.
2. The data acquisition circuit uses high-voltage stable components throughout. The acquisition board and acquisition computer are completely floating and shielded by an iron box, and the instrument casing is grounded for shielding. Additionally, anti-interference technologies such as optical data transmission, floating ground, large-area ground, single-point ground, and digital filtering are used. Combined with the computer processing data from hundreds of power grid cycles, the measurement results are stable, accurate, and reliable.
