The FZY-3 mine stray current tester is a portable rectifier meter with high sensitivity and multi-range protection circuitmeter. Its features are: wide measurement range, with a total of twenty ranges, capable of measuring AC/DC stray voltage and stray current respectively, no internal power supply needed, safe and reliable. It is suitable for testing the current and voltage generated by rails, water pipes, cables, etc. in coal mines, preventing premature detonation of electric detonators and other combustion and explosion accidents caused by stray current discharge, minimizing fire sources in mines.

III. Structure and usage
The instrument is composed of a rectifier, a magnetoelectric ammeter, a range switch, a zero adjuster, and test leads. When measuring, connect the test leads to the object under test, select the appropriate range, and read the value. For AC measurement, the rectifier converts AC to DC for measurement; for DC measurement, it can be measured directly. The instrument has a built-in protection circuit to prevent damage from overload.
IV. Precautions
1. Before use, check whether the pointer is at zero; if not, adjust the zero adjuster.
2. Select the appropriate range according to the measured value; if the magnitude is unknown, start from the highest range and gradually decrease.
3. When measuring, the test leads must be in good contact to avoid errors.
4. After use, turn the range switch to the highest voltage position to prevent damage from accidental measurement of high voltage.
5. The instrument should be kept dry and clean, and avoid vibration and impact.
6. If the instrument is not used for a long time, remove the battery (if any) to prevent leakage.
V. Maintenance
1. The instrument should be regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
2. If the instrument is damaged, it should be repaired by professionals.
3. When storing, avoid high temperature, humidity, and corrosive gases.
4. The instrument has a protection circuit, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload.
