The Portable Four-Channel Partial Discharge Inspection Instrument consists of a 4-channel portable inspection tester host, partial discharge inspection software, high-frequency current transformers (split-core circular transformers), ultrasonic sensors, ultra-high-frequency sensors, TEV sensors, calibration pulse generators, coaxial cables, etc.
II. Main Features of the Product
1. Strong anti-interference capability and accurate detection data
Using digital filtering technology, it can effectively eliminate on-site interference and achieve partial discharge measurement even in strong interference environments.
2. High-sensitivity sensors that can sensitively reflect the partial discharge state inside the equipment
Using broadband ultra-high-frequency partial discharge sensors, the detection frequency band can cover 300MHz-1.5GHz (any frequency band optional), effectively capturing partial discharge signals inside GIS equipment.
The ultrasonic sensor adopts currently advanced technology, and practical application has verified that it can detect weak discharge signals, ensuring effective detection of partial discharge signals inside high-voltage equipment.
The TEV sensor uses polytetrafluoroethylene material with good dielectric constant at the contact part with the switchgear cabinet, with built-in receiving electrodes, forming a capacitance with the switchgear cabinet wall, which can couple the discharge signals inside the cabinet to the sensor for signal processing, ensuring effective detection of partial discharge signals inside the switchgear.
The high-frequency current transformer adopts an active zero-flux design principle, which not only meets the acquisition of mA current signals but also has strong anti-interference capability.
3. Simple and convenient installation
The contact ultrasonic sensor can be directly attached to the outer wall of high-voltage equipment, making operation simple and safe.
The high-frequency current transformer has a circular split-core design, making it easy to clamp onto different grounding wires.
4. Simple and convenient connection
The system adopts multiple connection methods, with BNC, SMA interfaces, and optical fiber between the sensor and the host, for ease of use.
5. Built-in large-capacity lithium battery for long endurance
This device has two power supply modes: battery and external power supply. Using battery power allows convenient inspection of high-voltage equipment over a large area, with continuous working time of no less than 4 hours; for long-term continuous use, simply provide AC220V±10% AC power.
