Lightning Counter Meter Zeroing Instrument Technical Specifications:
·Dimensions: φ36×375, head is φ50×100
·Weight: 780g
·Power: DC 6V (four No. 1 dry batteries)
·Output Voltage: 800~1600V
Precautions: Before each use, ensure that there is no high voltage on the high-voltage side (red light not on) before pulling out the instrument antenna. After testing, turn off the power first, then discharge the head conductive rod to the tail ground wire before storing the instrument.
Usage Guide:
The power switch is located between the body and the head. Rotate 90 degrees in any direction, and a "click" sound indicates the power is on; otherwise, it is off. Before use, insert the grounding wire at the tail and connect it to the ground. According to the counter height, pull out the head telescopic conductive rod to an appropriate length before turning on the power. After powering on, the green light will be on, and when the red light turns on (about 3-8 seconds), you can test the arrester counter through the head telescopic conductive rod. The instrument can be tested repeatedly without turning off the power (the conductive rod should be away from the test object during each charging). The instrument is powered by four No. 1 batteries, supporting more than 2000 discharge tests. If the battery is low, charging time will be extended, and batteries should be replaced promptly. Recommendation: If not used for a long time, remove the dry batteries from the instrument!
Warning: When the indicator light is on, do not touch the discharge rod with any part of the body to avoid electric shock.
