Note: If only single-point piercing is performed, the nail gun should be connected to the first output port;
2. Maintenance
The barrel part of the nail gun requires wiping and maintenance after each piercing to prevent carbon accumulation and dust from affecting the movement of the piston rod.
During maintenance, loosen (8) to separate the barrel and chamber (15), then separate the front barrel (6) and rear barrel (7), clean with a special brush, after cleaning, reposition the piston rod into the rear barrel, connect the rear barrel properly, remove the spent cartridge, and connect the barrel and chamber as one unit for storage (Note: If the piston rod is found to lack oil, apply a small amount of lubricating oil with cotton yarn).
Empty Test Piercing
Empty test piercing is only to verify whether the chamber (15) operates, and it must not be connected to the barrel. This step can be performed before fixing the nail gun, and also to practice the controller operation once. If both nail guns are to be used, an empty test piercing should be performed on each.
Separate the chamber (15) from the barrel, do not load a nail cartridge, and connect the chamber (15) to the control box.
If you choose to enter remote control mode, after the voice prompt to stay away from the site, one person operates the remote control and presses both A and B keys simultaneously to perform the empty test piercing (since the barrel is not connected, it only tests whether the chamber operates, so the device poses no danger to people, and there is no need to stay away from the site). If you hear the spring action inside the chamber, the display will show "First piercing complete, press the remote control again for the second piercing" (with voice prompt). When the A and B keys are pressed again, if you hear the spring action inside the chamber, the display will show "Operation complete, please ensure the cable is de-energized before removing the device" (with voice prompt), proving the device is normal. If there is no action, it will show "Failure, please check the device and try again", please contact the manufacturer promptly, do not disassemble the control box without authorization.
If you choose to enter timed mode, the countdown begins, and after 10 seconds the piercing device performs an empty test piercing. If you hear the spring action inside the chamber, the display will show "First piercing complete, second piercing in 10 seconds" (with voice prompt). After 10 seconds, the second piercing automatically operates, and after operation, the display shows "Operation complete, please ensure the cable is de-energized before removing the device" (with voice prompt), proving the device is normal. If there is no action, it will show "Failure, please check the device and try again", please contact the manufacturer promptly, do not disassemble the control box without authorization.
