Notes!!

1. It is strictly forbidden to fire the gun without clamping the cable after loading bullets, otherwise the bolt will jam (as shown in Figure 1);

2. When clamping the cable, the left and right screws should be tightened evenly and equidistantly, and the gun hole should be aligned with the center of the V-shaped base plate hole, otherwise the nail will hit the base plate (as shown in Figure 2);

3. Feel the positions of each phase of the cable with your hand, then choose the gun muzzle to aim directly above (highest point) of a certain phase of the cable and clamp it;

4. Be sure to connect the ground wire to the launcher (as shown in Figure 3);

5. Generally, piercing the cable should be done at three different positions, with each point spaced at a 30° angle; when using a double-gun piercing device, the fixed positions of the two guns should be offset by 40°-60° (as shown in Figure 4);

6. After each piercing, confirm that the piercing device is not charged before removing the device;

7. The piercing condition can be confirmed by measuring at the cable end whether the piercing caused a short circuit between phases or between phase and ground;

Introduction

Cable Piercing DeviceThis product comes with one controller and two nail guns, which can complete piercing operations at two angles at once. It uses non-contact control (remote control, timing) to solve the personal safety issues of manual piercing; it uses battery power to completely isolate the product from the power system, ensuring the safety of the power system.

This product consists of two main parts: the nail gun and the controller. The nail gun is designed based on the principle of a nail gun specifically for piercing cables. Its structure is reasonable and lightweight, making installation and fixation extremely convenient, and it can be installed at any angle. The controller uses advanced electronic detection circuits, integrating real-person voice prompts with LCD display synchronization control, achieving human-machine dialogue, simple operation without errors. It adopts two modes: remote control and timing. When firing, personnel do not directly contact the device, ensuring personal safety. It uses battery power to ensure complete isolation from the power system, ensuring power supply safety.
