It uses the principle of series resonance, excites the series resonance circuit with an excitation transformer, and adjusts the output frequency of the frequency converter controller so that the reactor inductance L in the circuit and the test product capacitance C resonate in series. The resonance voltage is the voltage applied to the test product.The variable frequency resonance test device is widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical engineering, and is suitable for handover and preventive tests of capacitive test products with large capacity and high voltage.

Main Features:
1. Small size, light weight, suitable for on-site use
It integrates voltage regulation, frequency conversion, control, and protection functions, eliminating the need for bulky voltage regulators, and is easy to operate with intuitive readings. Due to the high Q value of the system (30-120), it effectively solves the constraint of insufficient power supply capacity on on-site tests. When the voltage level is high, the reactor adopts a multi-stage or stacked structure, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation.
2. High installation reliability
Advanced design concepts, high-quality IGBTs, and drive circuits result in low output waveform distortion, good frequency output stability, and excellent IGBT, overcurrent, overvoltage (protection values can be manually set as needed), and discharge protection functions, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel. When the test product discharges or breaks down, due to the destruction of resonance conditions, the short-circuit current is small, only 1/Q of the test product's test current, avoiding damage to the test product caused by breakdown.
3. Good test equivalence
Using an AC voltage close to power frequency (30HZ-300HZ) as the test power supply, it is very close to the 50HZ/60Hz power frequency power supply in both equivalence and *ness, ensuring the reliability and authenticity of test results.
Precautions:
1. Before powering on the entire unit, carefully check whether all input and output connections are correct and secure. Ensure reliable grounding. The grounding wire adopts single-point grounding, led out from the panel (it is best to use bare copper wire for the grounding wire).
2. During the test, the reactor should not be placed on conductive materials such as iron plates or copper plates.
3. Before boosting the voltage during the test, the overvoltage protection value needs to be set to prevent accidental tripping during the test.
4. When the frequency converter controller prompts overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, or discharge protection, please exit the test, re-set the voltage and current protection values, and then enter the test again.
