Transformers, GIS systems, SF6 switches, CT/PT, insulators, busbars, cables, bushings and other capacitive equipment are the most common primary electrical equipment in substations. According to the test procedures for AC withstand voltage of primary electrical equipment in substations of 220V and below, the corresponding AC/DC withstand voltage test equipment must not only meet the test conditions of high voltage and small current, but also meet the test conditions of low voltage and large current, and must take into account a wide range of applications. Using the principle of series resonance, the main equipment is composed of a variable frequency power supply control box (operation console), excitation transformer, reactor, and capacitive voltage divider. By connecting a rectifier silicon stack and microammeter to the capacitive voltage divider, DC withstand voltage test can be completed. Due to the good filtering characteristics after system resonance, the DC voltage produced is the DC voltage rectified by an ordinary test transformer. It is an ideal withstand voltage equipment for high-voltage test departments at prefecture, city, and county levels, as well as for power installation, repair, and testing engineering units.
