Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage Generator
The triple frequency test instrument is designed to meet the requirements of GB1094.3—85, GB1207, and the preventive test procedures for electrical equipment—1995 for triple frequency induced withstand voltage tests and partial discharge tests. The induced withstand voltage test for transformers and instrument transformers is an important test to verify that the product complies with national standards. The longitudinal insulation induction test of interlayer, inter-turn, section, and phase-to-phase insulation of windings is an important item to verify that the windings meet the requirements. In order to increase the test voltage of the windings without causing the transformer or instrument transformer core to saturate excessively and lead to excessive excitation current, the test frequency should be increased, generally to 100Hz.
