Recently, Sony also unveiled its latest SC-1 autonomous concept car. It is reported that the car integrates many of Sony's latest technologies, including high-resolution cameras, 4K screens, radar, ultrasonic sensors, alternative fuels, artificial intelligence, and 5G technology products.



It is understood that the car's dimensions are 3140/1310/1850mm, with a seating capacity of 3 people, a maximum speed of 19km/h, and can be driven manually or autonomously.



The Sony SC-1 can observe its surroundings using image sensors, so it replaces transparent windows with high-resolution displays. Inside, it is equipped with one 49-inch 4K LCD screen, and outside, it is equipped with four 55-inch 4K LCD screens.



In addition, the SC-1 can drive at night without headlights, and even identify the gender and age of pedestrians outside the car, making it very suitable for use in amusement parks.



Currently, the car is being tested at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, and attempts are being made to drive it using different energy sources. Perhaps in the near future, you will be able to see it in amusement parks in Japan.
