Product Introduction

This instrument uses a high-voltage inverter circuit to convert DC power supply into rated high-voltage outputs of 1000V, 2500V, 5000V, 10000V applied to both ends of the test object. It adopts advanced voltage and current sampling circuits, performing division operation on the sampled voltage across the test object and the current flowing through it, obtaining a digital result output to a high-precision A/D converter, and the A/D conversion result is processed by the MCU circuit. The resistance value is directly read from the LCD digital display. The A/D converter automatically converts at the 15th second, 1 minute, and 10 minutes after starting the high-voltage test, and stores the data in the data memory; the data in the memory can be automatically or manually retrieved, and can also perform R1min/R15s, R10min/R1min calculations and read out the values.
