Silent Generator - Four-Level Acceptance Test Equipment Type Introduction:
Due to the different forms of energy, different types can be manufactured.
By utilizing water resources and water turbines, hydroelectric generators can be made; depending on the reservoir capacity and water head difference, hydroelectric generators with varying capacities and speeds can be produced.
By utilizing coal, petroleum, and other resources, along with boilers and steam turbines, turbine generators can be made, which are mostly high-speed generators (3000rpm).
In addition, there are various types of generators that utilize wind energy, nuclear energy, geothermal energy, tidal energy, and other energy sources.
Furthermore, due to different working principles, generators are divided into DC generators, asynchronous generators, and synchronous generators. Currently, the widely used large generators are synchronous generators.
Silent Generator - Four-Level Acceptance Test Equipment Working Principle:
It is mainly composed of stator, rotor, end cover, brushes, frame, and bearings.
The stator consists of the frame, stator core, winding coils, and other structural components that fix these parts.
The rotor consists of the rotor core, rotor poles (with magnetic yoke and pole windings), slip rings (also known as copper rings or collector rings), fan, and shaft.
The stator and rotor are connected and assembled through bearings, frame, and end covers, allowing the rotor to rotate within the stator. A certain excitation current is supplied through the slip rings, making the rotor a rotating magnetic field. The stator coils cut the magnetic lines of force, generating induced electromotive force, which is led out through terminal blocks and connected to the circuit, producing current. Due to the open circuit between the brushes and the rotor, the rotor rotates in a certain direction, generating alternating current, so household circuits and other circuits use alternating current, abbreviated as AC. The frequency of the output current of China's power grid is 50 Hz.

Installation Regulations
I. Preparation before unit startup
1. Check the oil level of lubricating oil, coolant level, and fuel quantity
2. Check the fuel supply, lubrication, cooling, and other system pipelines and joints of the diesel engine for oil or water leakage
3. Check the electrical lines for leakage hazards such as damaged insulation, whether the grounding wires and electrical lines are loose, and whether the connection between the unit and the foundation is firm
4. If the ambient temperature is below zero, a certain proportion of antifreeze must be added to the radiator.
5. For the first startup of the diesel generator set or after a long shutdown, the air in the fuel system should be exhausted with a hand pump first.
Main Applications:
1. AC withstand voltage test of 6kV-500kV high-voltage cross-linked cables
2. AC withstand voltage test of generators
3. AC withstand voltage test of GIS and SF6 switches
4. Power frequency withstand voltage test of 6kV-500kV transformers
5. AC withstand voltage test of other high-voltage power equipment such as busbars, bushings, and instrument transformers.
◆ Series resonance devices are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and other industries, suitable for large-capacity, high-voltage capacitive test objects such as generators, transformers, GIS, high-voltage cross-linked cables, instrument transformers, bushings, etc., for commissioning tests and preventive tests.
II. Startup
1. After closing the fuse in the control box, press the start button for 3-5 seconds. If the startup fails, wait about 20 seconds before starting again. If multiple startup attempts fail, stop the startup operation, troubleshoot factors such as battery voltage or fuel circuit faults, and then start again.
2. During startup, observe the oil pressure. If the oil pressure is not displayed or is very low, stop the unit immediately for inspection.
III. Operation
1. After the unit starts, check the parameters on the control box module: oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc.
2. Normally, after the unit starts, the speed directly reaches the rated speed; for units with idle speed requirements, the idle time is generally 3-5 minutes, and the idle time should not be too long, otherwise, it may burn out motor-related components.
3. Check the unit's oil circuit, water circuit, and electrical leakage conditions
4. Check the tightness of the unit's connections for looseness and severe vibration.
5. Observe whether the various protection and monitoring devices of the unit are normal
6. When the speed reaches the rated speed and the parameters of no-load operation are stable, close the switch to supply power.
7. Check and confirm whether the parameters on the control panel are within the allowable range, and recheck the unit's vibration for any three leaks or other faults.
8. Overloading is strictly prohibited during unit operation.
IV. Normal Shutdown
Before shutdown, the switch must be opened first. Generally, after unloading, the unit should run for 3-5 minutes before shutdown.
V. Emergency Shutdown
1. If abnormal conditions occur during the operation of the generator set, it must be shut down immediately.
2. For emergency shutdown, press the emergency stop button or quickly push the fuel injection pump shutdown control handle to the stop position.
VI. Maintenance Matters
1. The replacement time for the diesel engine fuel filter is 300H; the air filter replacement time is every 400H; the first replacement time for the oil filter is 50H, and thereafter every 250H.
2. The first oil change time is 50H, and thereafter the normal oil change time is every 250H.
