Interface Introduction
First, connect the AC220V power cord to the power socket on the instrument panel, turn on the power switch on the panel, and the instrument enters the boot welcome screen. After the system initialization is completed, the instrument enters the main interface, as shown in Figure 3.1. This interface has 6 options; click the icon to enter the corresponding sub-interface.
System Settings
Click the "System Settings" icon on the interface to enter the system settings interface (as shown in Figure 3.2). In this interface, perform time settings and backlight settings.
1. Time Settings: First, click the corresponding time icon, then click the "+" or "-" on the right side of the time setting column. After the time modification is completed, click the "Set" icon, and the time setting modification is completed.
2. Backlight Settings: Click the "+" or "-" on the right boundary of the backlight setting column to complete the backlight setting, and the screen synchronously displays the modified backlight brightness.
Click the "Return" button to return to the main interface.
Measurement Settings
Before performing capacitance tests, the user needs to set the corresponding measurement parameters according to the test object's parameters. Click the "Measurement Settings" icon on the main interface to enter the measurement settings interface (as shown in Figure 3.3). This interface includes four title bars: "Set Voltage Level", "Add Voltage Level", "Set Equivalent Method", and "System Information".
1. Set Voltage Level: Click the "《" or "》" button to select the required voltage level, and the "System Information" bar will correspondingly prompt "Voltage level switch completed". Click the "Set" button to complete the setting, and the "System Information" bar will correspondingly prompt "Voltage level set successfully". "Current/Total" displays the sequence number of the currently selected voltage level among the total voltage levels. Click "Delete" to delete the currently selected voltage level, and the "System Information" bar will correspondingly prompt "Deletion successful". If the required voltage level value is not available, the user can add the required voltage level in the "Add Voltage Level" bar, enter the required voltage level value in the "Please enter" option box, and click the "Add" button to complete it, and the "System Information" bar will correspondingly prompt "Custom voltage level added successfully!".
High-voltage test transformers are a type of transformer used to generate high voltage for high-voltage tests. High-voltage test transformers have the characteristics of high voltage, small capacity, short continuous operation time, thick insulation layer, and one end of the high-voltage winding grounded under normal conditions. 2. Set Equivalent Method: The system default equivalent method is "Series Method". If the currently displayed equivalent method is "Series Method", clicking it will automatically switch to "Parallel Method". If the currently displayed equivalent method is "Parallel Method", clicking it will automatically switch to "Series Method", and the "System Information" bar will correspondingly display the currently selected equivalent method. Click the "Set" button to complete the setting, and the "System Information" bar will correspondingly prompt "Equivalent method set successfully".
Click the "Return" button to return to the main interface.
Capacitance Measurement
Click the "Capacitance Measurement" icon on the main interface to enter the capacitance test interface. Click the tabs at the top of the screen to select Y-type, Yn-type, △-type, or III-type. The following uses testing a Yn-type capacitor as an example.
First, click the "Yn-type" option on the interface, and the interface automatically switches to the Yn-type capacitance test interface, as shown in Figure 3.4.
After confirming the wiring is correct, click the "Measure" button, and the instrument will automatically complete the measurement of phase A (as shown in Figure 3.5).
After manually switching to phase B, click the "Measure" button, and the instrument automatically completes the measurement of phase B (as shown in Figure 3.6). Then, after manually switching to phase C, click the "Measure" button, and the instrument automatically completes the measurement of phase C. After the measurement is completed, as shown in Figure 3.7, the "Information" bar will prompt "Capacitance tests for all three phases completed, continue testing or switch collection for testing", and a "Save" button appears on the interface. At this point, the test of a Yn-type capacitor bank is completed. Click the "Save" button to save the test data for later query. After the test is completed, click "Measure" to start the next group of tests, and click the "Return" button to return to the main interface.
Note: 1. After each phase measurement is completed, the measurement wiring needs to be manually changed.
2. During each group of measurements, it is forbidden to return to the "Measurement Settings" interface to change measurement setting parameters; otherwise, the measurement data for this group cannot be saved.
Data Query
The instrument can save up to 400 sets of test data. The user can click the "Data Query" icon on the main interface to enter the data query interface to view saved historical measurement data (as shown in Figure 3.10).
Click the data date on the screen to select the data to be viewed. The "√" before the date indicates that the data is selected. Click "View Data" to query the selected historical data. The data viewing interface is the same as the capacitance measurement data interface.
Click the return button to return to the main interface.
& The test transformer is produced based on the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics' "Test Transformer" standard, with significant improvements over the original similar products. 1. In the data query interface, capacitance data is sorted by save time, with the earliest saved data appearing first.
2. "Current Page/Total Pages": "Current Page" refers to the sequence number of the information page displayed on the left side of the data query in the total number of pages, and "Total Pages" refers to the total number of pages.
3. "Current Number/Total Number": "Current Number" refers to the sequence number of the currently selected capacitance data among the total data, and "Total Number" refers to the total capacitance data.
4. "Delete All": Click "Delete All" to delete all saved data.
