160V Transformer Turns Ratio Tester - Four-Level Testing Qualification Equipment Function
The fully automatic transformer turns ratio and group tester is mainly used in the production process of semi-finished and finished power transformers, before new transformers are put into operation, and during the operation of transformers in the power system. According to the preventive test regulations of the Ministry of Electric Power, it is required to regularly test the turns ratio or voltage ratio of operating transformers. The traditional ratio bridge is cumbersome to operate, the readings are not intuitive, and necessary conversions are required. The test result only provides data for one phase ratio. 1. Before using this instrument, be sure to read this operation manual carefully.
2. The operator of the instrument should have general knowledge of electrical equipment or instruments.
3. This instrument can be used indoors and outdoors, but should avoid rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperature, and direct sunlight.
4. The instrument should avoid severe vibration.
5. Maintenance, care, and adjustment of the instrument should be carried out by professionals.
6. The yellow, green, and red test clips correspond to phases A, B, and C of the transformer, respectively. Do not connect them incorrectly.
7. Do not reverse the high and low voltage cables.
8. When testing a single-phase transformer, only use the yellow and green clips. Do not use them incorrectly, and leave unused test clips suspended.
