1. The GS103E fully automatic intelligent DC high voltage generator adopts computer control technology, controlling AIPWM pulse width modulation, measurement, protection, and display. It displays output DC high voltage, current, voltage setting, current setting, timing, and protection information on the LCD screen, and is equipped with a USB interface and printer for real-time storage or printing of test data.

The GS103E fully automatic intelligent DC high voltage generator pioneers intelligent poor grounding protection and alarm function (cannot boost voltage if grounding is poor), and can cancel the poor grounding protection alarm function once (such as when using a generator as power source or when on-site grounding is poor but testing can still be conducted). An emergency stop button is added, greatly improving the safety of operators during work.

Fault sampling uses dedicated sensors with nanosecond-level action time, and the optical isolation components are also nanosecond-level, with action time generally within 10 microseconds to completely cut off the DC main circuit. The push signal fast shutdown protection uses dedicated sensors for sampling at the output end, with response time at the nanosecond level. Through nanosecond-level optical isolation components and nanosecond-level analog switches, the push signal of the power amplifier circuit is cut off within 2 microseconds, ensuring that power devices are not damaged in the case of output short circuit.
Safety Warnings for Use
1. Personnel conducting DC high voltage tests must be professionals with a "High Voltage Test Work Certificate"
2. When using the RTZG-II series DC high voltage generator instrument, users must comply with Article 168 of the "Electric Power Safety Regulations" and install two obvious disconnection points before the working power enters the tester.
3. When DC high voltage is 200KV and above, even if test personnel wear insulating shoes and are outside the safe distance, due to the influence of high-voltage DC ion distribution, nearby human bodies may carry different DC potentials. Test personnel should not shake hands with each other or touch grounding bodies with hands, otherwise there may be slight electric shock, which generally does not cause harm to people. Cable tests must use current limiting resistors.
4. When discharging large capacitor test objects, do not immediately contact the test object with the discharge rod. First, gradually approach the test object with the discharge rod. When the air gap begins to ionize and discharge with a hissing sound at a certain distance, and when there is no sound, the discharge rod can be used for discharge, and finally directly ground the wire for discharge.
Instrument Maintenance
1. If electronic instruments are not used for a long time, they should be powered on for more than 10 minutes each month;
2. When used outdoors for a long time, keep the exterior of the instrument clean;
3. The instrument warehouse should be kept dry and ventilated;
4. Regularly check dustproof devices in various places. If damage or loose connections are found, handle them promptly to prevent sand and dust from mixing in and damaging the equipment.
