YDJ50KV/5KVA High Voltage Test Transformer Withstand Voltage Test Power Supply



YDJ-5/50 Oil-immersed Light High Voltage Test Transformer is a high-voltage testing equipment. This series of products adopts CD core horizontal design to improve shock resistance. The primary winding and high-voltage winding are coaxially wound on the core, thereby reducing leakage flux and increasing coupling between windings. The overall structure is compact, versatile, and easy to carry, suitable for on-site testing of insulation performance of various high-voltage electrical equipment in power systems and power users. It is an essential test instrument for power equipment testing and preventive tests.

The YDJ series light high-voltage test transformer can be used not only for AC power frequency withstand voltage tests, but also can be assembled into a DC high-voltage test device by equipping with filter capacitors, silicon stacks, and high-voltage DC microammeters of the same voltage level and capacity, enabling measurement of high-voltage DC leakage current. 



 



    1. The product uses a one-time pressed high-voltage bushing;

    2. The bushing is completely isolated from the oil tank, and all connecting parts are sealed with imported oil-resistant O-rings, thoroughly solving the common problem of transformer oil leakage;

    3. Horizontal core design effectively improves the product's shock resistance;

    4. All products undergo a 24-hour inverted test before leaving the factory to check for oil leakage in the test transformer;

    5. All products can pass 1.1 times induced withstand voltage test;

    6. The insulating oil uses colorless and transparent Karamay original oil;

    7. The high and low voltage wires use high-strength polyester, oxygen-free copper rod enameled wire;
