This withstand voltage test device is composed according to the test methods and circuits specified in the national standards GB1094.3-85 "Power Transformers Part 3: Insulation Levels and Insulation Tests" and GB6495-86 "Dry-type Power Transformers"; it provides frequency-multiplied AC power from a generator set, which is filtered by a frequency-multiplied generator power isolation filter to remove high-frequency interference from the power line and harmonic signals from the generator set, then applied to the low-voltage side of the transformer, inducing a high test voltage on the high-voltage side for partial discharge testing.



This system is suitable for induced withstand voltage and partial discharge testing of distribution and power transformers. The system background noise is not greater than 5pc, and the partial discharge signal is clear, making it an ideal device for transformer induced withstand voltage and partial discharge testing.

This control console serves as the central control unit, which can control operations to produce a 40-800V 125Hz, 150Hz, 200Hz adjustable power supply from the generator set.
