After the dry air generator's atmosphere enters the refrigeration unit below zero degrees Celsius, most of the water vapor is condensed into ice water, and the air undergoes the first drying. Then it enters the dry air filter, passing through color-changing silica gel for a second drying, which adsorbs the remaining water vapor, and after filtration, it is delivered to equipment requiring dry gas. When the color-changing silica gel becomes saturated with water, its silica gel CoCl2 changes from blue to red, indicating that the silica gel has absorbed water to saturation and needs to be replaced with dried blue silica gel to ensure the dryness of the output gas.
Performance Features:
The dry air generator is a low dew point, mobile, air-cooled high-purity gas generation device composed of four parts: the air source system, refrigeration drying system, adsorption drying system, and Schneider Electric control system.
Air source system composition: It consists of an air dust filter, an oil-free air compressor unit, an air cooler (air-cooled), a gas-water separator, and filters, outputting clean and oil-free gas.
Refrigeration drying system composition: This device mainly adopts an imported fully sealed high-temperature compression refrigeration unit, with stable and reliable performance, capable of obtaining greater cooling capacity. The system configuration includes an imported fully sealed compressor unit, air heat exchanger, evaporator, gas-water separator, and fine filter; during the refrigeration process, the R22 refrigerant first passes through the fully sealed high-temperature compression refrigeration compressor, cooler, desiccant, solenoid valve, and expansion valve, and finally returns to the refrigeration compressor through the evaporator, obtaining a low-temperature environment of 0-5°C inside the evaporator.
