1B Loop Resistance TesterI. Purpose and Features of the Instrument     



According to the new "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Power Equipment", the test current for measuring the conductive loop resistance of various switchgear shall not be less than 100A. In response, our factory has designed and developed a new generation of intelligent loop resistance tester products in accordance with the new regulations.



This product is suitable for testing the contact resistance of main contacts in high and low voltage switches, as well as the DC resistance of high and low voltage cable lines. It adopts a constant current output of 100A. The maximum output voltage reaches 10V, allowing the use of fine test leads, greatly reducing the labor intensity of field testers.



The entire testing process is automatically implemented by a single-chip controller, with high accuracy, good repeatability, and simple operation. Test data is displayed on an LCD and results can be printed.



The test time is adjustable according to national standards: 15s, 30s, and 60s, which eliminates the influence of surface oxidation layer contact resistance on the tested object during rapid testing, greatly improving accuracy. It is suitable for different working environments.
