Product Introduction
Measuring the turns ratio of a transformer using a turns ratio bridge involves cumbersome procedures and a narrow measurement range, which no longer meets the demands of modern fast-paced and high-efficiency measurement. To address this, our factory has developed a new generation of fully automatic turns ratio group tester using modern electronic technology. It boasts advantages such as compact size, light weight, high precision, and good stability. It features a large LCD screen with Chinese character display, menu-driven operation, and clear interface, allowing the turns ratio and group to be measured in one go. This instrument is an ideal testing device for the power industry.
Precautions
1. During measurement, do not touch the test object.
2. If the test leads are short-circuited or the high and low voltage connections are reversed, the fuse will blow. After the fuse blows, if measurement is attempted, the display will stop after showing "Measuring, please wait!". Turn off the power, replace the fuse with one of the same rating, and retest.
3. Ensure good contact in the connections. The instrument should be properly grounded!
4. The working environment of the instrument should be away from strong electric fields, strong magnetic fields, and high-frequency equipment. The power supply interference should be as low as possible; it is advisable to use lighting circuits. If power interference is still significant, the instrument can be charged through an AC purified power line. A capacity of more than 200VA for the AC purified power supply is sufficient.
5. During operation, if the LCD display becomes disordered, all buttons become unresponsive, or the measured values deviate significantly from actual values, press the reset button or turn off the power and restart the operation.
6. If the display shows no characters or the characters are too faint, adjust the brightness potentiometer to an appropriate position.
7. When working in dark places, the backlight can be turned on. To reduce display power consumption, the backlight is not very bright.
8. The instrument should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
