2.  Adopting advanced technology and manufacturing processes, it is the first to apply PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology and pulse train logic array modulation, using high-power IGBT devices, and utilizing high-frequency technology to increase the frequency up to 100kHz, resulting in higher output voltage stability and smaller ripple coefficient.

3.  Designed for maintenance-free operation, the main components are selected from advanced technology components imported from the United States, Germany, Japan, etc., which are durable and resistant to continuous direct short-circuit discharge to ground.

4.  High precision and accurate measurement. The voltage and current meters are digital displays, with voltage resolution of 0.1kV and current resolution of 0.1uA. The voltage meter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the load test object, eliminating the need for an external voltage divider and simplifying wiring. The instrument has high and low voltage terminals for measuring leakage current, and the high voltage terminal uses a circular shielded digital display, which is resistant to discharge impact and has good anti-interference performance, suitable for on-site use.

The output voltage adjustment uses a single imported multi-turn potentiometer, with a stable boosting process and high adjustment precision, and is designed with coarse and fine adjustment functions. The voltage adjustment precision is better than 0.1%, the voltage and current measurement error is less than 1.0%, and the ripple factor is better than 0.5%.

After completion, immediately return the boosting knob to zero, and also return the fine voltage adjustment knob to zero, then immediately press the green button to cut off the high voltage and turn off the power switch. Then proceed with other tests.

The intelligent DC high voltage generator has multiple protection functions, such as low-voltage overcurrent, low-voltage overvoltage, high-voltage overcurrent, high-voltage overvoltage, zero-position protection, and non-grounding protection. Fault sampling uses dedicated sensors with nanosecond response time, and the optical isolation components are also nanosecond-level, with an action time generally within 10 microseconds to completely cut off the DC main circuit, thereby maximizing the protection of the instrument from damage.
