HGY Transformer Characteristics Comprehensive Tester:

It is a fully automated PT and CT characteristic testing instrument. The tests that can be completed include: CT volt-ampere characteristic test, PT volt-ampere characteristic test, CT polarity test, PT polarity test, CT ratio and polarity test, and PT ratio and polarity test. It automatically calculates the error curve at any point for CT, and results parameters such as CT/PT ratio error. The instrument has the following features:

1. Safe and convenient operation: Fully microcomputerized device, built-in imported high-performance CPU, high reliability. After setting the test values according to the interface prompts, there is no need for manual contact with the tested equipment, eliminating tedious tasks such as manual voltage adjustment, manual recording, sorting, and curve drawing. Fast, simple, and convenient. No computer knowledge required, extremely easy to master, keeping test personnel away from high-voltage circuits and ensuring their personal safety.

2. Comprehensive functions: It can test the volt-ampere characteristics of protection CTs, automatically plot 5% and 10% error curves, ratio, and polarity. It can also output large currents for testing the secondary circuit of CTs. It can test PT volt-ampere characteristics, ratio, and polarity.

3. Large output capacity: The maximum output voltage for volt-ampere characteristic tests is up to 1000V, and the maximum current for ratio tests is up to 600A. The instrument's output capacity is 5KVA.

4. Complete optional accessories: Accessories include external voltage booster, external current booster, and external voltage regulator. The external voltage booster can increase the voltage up to 2000V/3A, the external current booster can increase to 1000A, and the external voltage regulator can output up to 1500V/20A. When using the external voltage booster, volt-ampere characteristic tests can be performed on current transformers up to 500KV class 1A.

5. Good human-machine interface: Large 320*240 dot matrix Chinese character graphical interface. After the test is completed, the volt-ampere characteristic curve can be displayed directly. The graphics are clear, beautiful, and easy to analyze. It comes with a built-in micro printer, allowing curves and test results to be printed at any time.

6. Convenient human-machine interaction: The instrument uses a high-performance photoelectric rotary mouse as the input device, making operation simple and convenient with a long service life.

7. Large data storage capacity: The instrument has a built-in Flash memory that can store a large amount of test data. Data is retained after power-off. After field tests are completed, test results can be viewed and printed indoors.

8. Multi-channel human-machine interaction: In addition to input control via the rotary mouse, the instrument can also be connected to a computer through its built-in RS232 communication interface, enabling communication between the PC and the instrument. Test personnel can use the computer to control the instrument for testing or upload test data from the instrument. The PC application software provided with the instrument is powerful, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to operate. It can save and print test results and export test data to EXCEL format for editing.

9. Convenient test result handling: After the test, the cursor can be used to display the voltage and current values corresponding to each point on the curve. Printing options include printing data, printing curves, or printing both simultaneously. The data printing interval can be set according to actual needs, and the type and label for saving can be set as required.

10. Multiple power supply modes: The instrument power supply supports adaptive AC220V and AC380V. When the AC power input terminal is connected to AC220V, the AC voltage output is 0~600V; when connected to AC380V, the AC voltage output is 0~1000V. Users can choose according to actual needs.
