  It is a mandatory test item for power equipment manufacturers and power generation and supply departments in transformer factory inspection, handover tests, and preventive tests, effectively improving product quality and preventing power accidents. The transformer DC resistance tester is composed of high-power switching power supply circuits, precision small-signal measurement circuits, protection circuits, and high-speed microcontroller control circuits, with functions such as instrument self-check, signal measurement, data processing, fast discharge, and result printing. The instrument extensively uses highly integrated SMD components and advanced constant current source technology, greatly reducing the size, weight, and power consumption of the instrument, while further shortening measurement time, ensuring more stable and reliable DC resistance measurement data for large transformer windings. If the resistance range of the test object cannot be estimated, please use the automatic gear to let the machine complete the measurement automatically.
