Using the random software developed by our company, it can automatically generate editable typical test reports, and can calculate, analyze, and compare 5% and 10% error curves for 1A and 5A CTs, facilitating technical management and archiving;

Main Technical Features

1. Comprehensive functions, meeting the test requirements for various types of CTs (such as protection, metering, and TP types) for excitation characteristics (i.e., volt-ampere characteristics), ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary burden, ratio error, and phase error, and also applicable to the excitation characteristics, ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, and ratio error tests of various PT electromagnetic units.

2. On-site calibration of current transformers does not require standard current transformers, current boosters, burden boxes, voltage regulation control boxes, or high-current cables. It uses extremely simple test wiring and operation to achieve current transformer calibration, greatly reducing work intensity and improving work efficiency, facilitating on-site calibration of transformers.

3. Can measure ratio error and phase error, with a maximum allowable error of ±0.05% for ratio error and ±2 minutes for phase error, capable of measuring 0.2S class current transformers, with a ratio measurement range of 1 to 35000.

4. Based on advanced frequency conversion method to test CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curves and 10% error curves, outputting only a maximum AC voltage of 160V and AC current of 5Arms (15A peak), yet capable of handling CT tests with knee points up to 60KV.

5. Automatically provides knee point voltage/current, 10% (5%) error curves, accuracy limit factor (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), saturated and unsaturated inductance, and other CT and PT parameters.

6. Tests meet various transformer standards such as GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), GB1207, and automatically selects the appropriate standard for testing based on the transformer type and class.

7. Testing is simple and convenient: one key completes CT DC resistance, excitation, ratio, and polarity tests, and except for burden test, all other CT tests use the same wiring method.

8. Full Chinese dynamic graphical interface, no need to refer to the manual to complete wiring and parameter settings: dynamically displays parameter settings, automatically showing relevant parameters based on the currently selected test item; dynamically displays wiring diagrams based on the currently selected test item.
