Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Instrument:
1. The series high-voltage test transformer is a single-phase transformer with connection group label II. The working process of a single high-voltage test transformer uses AC 220V (380V for above 10KVA) voltage connected to the power control box (console). Through the auto-transformer (external for above 50KVA) inside the power control box (console), the voltage is adjusted from 0~200V (0~400V for above 10KVA) to the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the required high voltage for testing can be obtained on the high-voltage winding of the test transformer.
Product Features:
● Voltage, current, time, status information, and prompt information data readings are clear and intuitive;
● Full Chinese interface, simple and clear operation, adaptable to various application scenarios;
● Touch-button operation, all functions can be set via buttons, improving product safety and reliability;
● Fully digital calibration method, abandoning outdated potentiometer adjustments, extremely convenient for on-site use, with easy precision control (this function is password-protected);
● Direct button setting of the test transformer ratio (this function is password-protected), allowing flexible application when connecting testers of different voltage levels, truly enabling one control box to be compatible with multiple transformers;

Precautions:
1. Most resonant power supply products are high-voltage test equipment, requiring use by professional high-voltage test personnel. Before use, carefully read the instruction manual and undergo repeated operation training.
2. There should be no fewer than two operators. During use, strictly comply with the unit's safety operating procedures for high-voltage testing.
3. To ensure the safety and correctness of the test, besides being familiar with this product manual, strictly follow relevant national standards and procedures for test operations.
4. All connecting wires must not be connected incorrectly, especially the grounding wire. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the test device.
5. When this device is in use, it outputs high voltage or ultra-high voltage. It must be reliably grounded, and pay attention to safe operating distance.
