Mainly used for plastic power cables such as PE (polyethylene) / XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) with voltage levels of 35kV and below. Suitable for power departments and power cable maintenance departments. It combines modern digital frequency conversion advanced technology, adopts microcomputer control, and fully automates voltage boosting, voltage reduction, measurement, and protection. Due to full electronization, it is small in size and light in weight, with a large-screen liquid crystal display that is clear and intuitive, and can display output waveforms and print test reports.
◆ Current, voltage, and waveform data are all sampled directly from the high-voltage side, so the data is accurate;
◆ It has overvoltage protection function. When the output exceeds the set voltage limit, the instrument will stop for protection, with an action time of less than 20ms;
◆ It has overcurrent protection function: designed as dual protection for high and low voltage. The high-voltage side can perform precise shutdown protection according to the set value; when the current on the low-voltage side exceeds the rated current, shutdown protection will be performed, with action times both less than 20ms;
◆ The high-voltage output protection resistor is designed inside the voltage booster, so there is no need to connect an external protection resistor;
◆ Due to the adoption of a high-low voltage closed-loop negative feedback control circuit, there is no capacitive rise effect in the output.
◆ Good equivalence: Scientific theory and practice have proven that 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency withstand voltage tests have good equivalence with power frequency withstand voltage tests.
◆ Small size: Theoretically, the capacity is 1/500 of that at power frequency, so it is small in size and light in weight.
◆ Low destructiveness: The 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency withstand voltage test will not cause significant damage to insulation like DC withstand voltage tests, and harmful polarized charges will not enter the dielectric.
