The regulations stipulate that during transformer handover, major repairs, minor repairs, tap changer position changes, fault inspections, and preventive tests, the DC resistance of transformer windings must be measured. The ZRC-3A DC Resistance Rapid Tester (micro-ohmmeter) is a high-precision replacement product for DC single and double-arm bridges.
