The ZCPD-100S Partial Discharge Detector makes it possible to quickly measure partial discharge in switchgear, typically taking only 10 seconds to test a switchgear cabinet.Using the ZCPD-100S's TEV (Transient Earth Voltage) measurement function, simply place the TEV probe flat against the switchgear door to accurately identify within 10 seconds whether the switchgear under test has partial discharge. The ZCPD-100S Partial Discharge Detector is suitable for rapid insulation condition screening of large batches of switchgear and for troubleshooting faulty switchgear. Additionally, the ultrasonic method can be used to measure switchgear.
Technical Performance:
1. The ZCPD-100S Partial Discharge Detector can pre-detect whether partial discharge exists in switchgear, ensuring safe and effective operation of the switchgear;
2. No need to contact live parts of the switchgear, making testing safe and quick;
3. The detection process does not require power outage or high-voltage test power supply;
4. A single test can effectively assess the switchgear, allowing for the establishment of a switchgear condition database;
5. It also has ultrasonic testing capability, and can be used for partial discharge measurement of SF6 ring main units and cables;
6. Ultrasonic and TEV sensors are built-in, eliminating the need for wiring or sensor replacement;
7. Two measurement modes (sensors) provide fast, real-time, and accurate partial discharge measurement;
8. Built-in intelligent system with digital LCD display for intuitive and easy operation;
9. Safe and reliable operation, ensuring user safety without the need for additional auxiliary means.
