The high current generator uses PLC and Weinview industrial control screen as the control system to realize a fully automatic high current detection device. This generator can achieve three-phase 2000A current output and 6-channel temperature acquisition. It can display the collected temperature and current in the form of a curve chart. It can also export the collected data to a CSV file for convenient analysis and processing on a computer. The device has comprehensive protection measures and can achieve long-term unattended testing.

● Manual control mode. This mode is similar to traditional electric rise/fall methods, where current increase/decrease is controlled by buttons. The device automatically judges upper/lower limits and has overcurrent protection. The entire test process is manually controlled and operated as needed;
● Manual mode current hold function. When a certain current value is reached, press the hold button, and the computer automatically controls the current at that value.
● Equipped with stop/emergency button, can be manually reset;
● Intelligent control of current rise/fall speed. When the current approaches the target current, the rise speed automatically slows down;
● In case of overcurrent and other faults, protection is immediate, accurate, and reliable;
