Insulation resistance tester in cable testing equipment: commonly known as a megger, most megohmmeters are powered by a hand-cranked generator, hence also called a megger. It is mainly used to check the insulation resistance of electrical equipment, household appliances, or electrical circuits to ground and between phases, to ensure that these equipment, appliances, and circuits operate in normal conditions, avoiding electric shock casualties and equipment damage accidents!

Spark tester in wire and cable testing equipment: an online testing device placed at the take-up section of wire products during production. Its main function is to use frequency voltage to detect whether the wire product has exposed copper, damaged skin, surface impurities, insulation withstand voltage, etc. The spark tester periodically applies a set voltage value to the insulated wire according to a certain pattern, while the conductor part is grounded, thus forming a voltage difference between the conductor and the insulation surface, allowing detection of any defects in the insulation layer, ensuring that wire and cable products pass the test before leaving the factory. Withstand voltage tester: mainly used for withstand voltage testing of polyethylene insulated power cables, and can also be used for insulation withstand voltage testing of large power transformers.
