Detailed information of TPYBL-S Zinc Oxide Arrester Live Tester:
Product Overview of Three-Phase Zinc Oxide Arrester Live Tester
The TPYBL-S three-phase is a specialized instrument designed for detecting the electrical performance of zinc oxide arresters. It is suitable for live detection of zinc oxide arresters at various voltage levels, thereby promptly identifying dangerous defects such as internal insulation moisture and valve plate aging.
The TPYBL-S three-phase is simple to operate and convenient to use. The entire measurement process is controlled by a microcontroller. It can measure the total current, resistive current and its harmonics, power frequency reference voltage and its harmonics, active power, and phase difference of zinc oxide arresters. The large screen can display the real waveforms of voltage and current. The instrument uses digital waveform analysis technology, employing software anti-interference methods such as harmonic analysis and digital filtering to ensure accurate and stable measurement results. It can accurately analyze the content of the fundamental wave and 3rd to 7th harmonics, and can overcome the influence of inter-phase interference to correctly measure the resistive current of side-phase arresters. This device is equipped with a high-speed panel printer and rechargeable battery, making it very convenient for field use. It uses a unique high-speed magnetic isolation digital sensor to directly collect input voltage and current signals, ensuring data reliability and safety.
Three-Phase Functional Features
1. The instrument adopts a large-screen LCD display with full Chinese menu operation, making it easy to use.
2. High-precision sampling and processing circuits, advanced Fourier harmonic analysis technology, ensuring more reliable data.
3. The instrument uses a unique high-speed magnetic isolation digital sensor to directly collect input voltage and current signals, ensuring data reliability and safety.
4. It has functions such as resistive current fundamental peak output and side-phase correction.
5. The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery, calendar clock, and micro printer, and can store 120 sets of measurement data.
Three-Phase Testing Methods
1. Wired: PT secondary method.
2. Induction plate method: The electric field induction method can be used instead of PT secondary wiring.
3. Single current method: (Harmonic method) It can measure resistive current directly without connecting PT secondary.
