The XG-500 automatic capacitance bridge tester is specially developed under the guidance of the expert working group for reactive power compensation devices, targeting the problems existing in measuring capacitor capacitance values at substation sites. It focuses on solving the following problems: (1) On-site measurement of capacitors requires removing connecting wires, which not only increases workload but also easily damages capacitors; (2) The low output voltage of capacitance meters leads to low fault detection rates. This instrument features low measurement workload, fast and simple operation, stable performance, accurate measurement, and high fault detection rate. In addition, its current measurement unit can also be used for measuring electrical equipment such as CVTs and lightning arresters, providing multi-functional use in one device.
