According to the national standard GB1094 "Power Transformers" and GB/T6451-1999 "Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformers", the transformer capacity and no-load/load characteristic tester can test various models and specifications of oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, and special transformers with voltage levels of 6, 10, 35kV and capacity ranging from 30 kVA to 40000kVA, including capacity, no-load loss, and load loss. When testing no-load loss and load loss, it can be directly tested without external power supply and voltage regulator. It can also identify and test transformers with different connection groups (Y/yn0 or D/yn11). Even if the transformer is at different tap positions, there is no need to adjust the tap changer; simply select on the instrument.

The transformer capacity and no-load/load characteristic tester is also called transformer copper and iron loss tester. It adopts low voltage and low current testing method, enhancing the safety of testing work. At the same time, the built-in power supply can provide large output power, ensuring the accuracy of test data and providing reliable signals for testing large-capacity transformers.

Functional Features




1. Can accurately measure the capacity of various distribution transformers, passive measurement, convenient and accurate.
