Introduction to ZGY-40A DC Resistance Tester:



I. Overview



   The ZGY series transformer DC resistance is a mandatory test item in transformer manufacturing for semi-finished and finished products, factory acceptance tests, installation, major repairs, after changing tap changers, handover tests, and preventive tests by power departments. It can check the welding quality of winding joints and whether there are inter-turn short circuits in windings, detect whether the contacts at various positions of the voltage tap changer are in good condition and whether the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position, whether the lead wires are broken, and whether there are broken strands in multi-strand parallel windings. To meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed this DC resistance tester. The instrument adopts brand-new power supply technology and features small size, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive protection functions. The whole machine is controlled by a high-speed microcontroller, with a high degree of automation, and has automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions. II. Safety Measures

2 Users of the instrument should have general electrical knowledge.



3 Avoid using the instrument in places exposed to rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, direct sunlight, etc.



4 The instrument should be protected from prolonged jolting and severe vibration.



5 Maintenance and debugging of the instrument should be carried out by professionals.



6 After testing, be sure to wait until the discharge alarm sound stops before turning off the power and removing the test leads.



7 When measuring no-load tap-changing transformers, always wait until the discharge indication alarm sound stops before switching gears.



8 During testing, moving the test clips and power supply lines is prohibited.
