Fault Analysis

Precautions
Fault Phenomenon Cause Analysis Troubleshooting Method Remarks
No display upon power-on 1) Power not connected Connect power supply When replacing the fuse, use the same model; do not substitute with other types.
2) The instrument's 5A fuse is not properly installed or is open Reinstall the fuse or replace it
Output current cannot reach 200A 1) Test line is too long, i.e., wire cross-section is too small Replace with a wire of larger cross-section
No current output 1) The device under test is open-circuited Check the device
Troubleshoot

2) There is an open-circuit fault in the test loop Check the test loop and clear the open-circuit fault

1. Before turning on the power switch, ensure the test button is released (not in test mode) and the current adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise to the "zero" position.

2. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated room without corrosive gases.

3. After testing, wait until the power is fully discharged before removing test leads and other devices.

Transportation and Storage

1. Transportation

When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use our company's instrument packaging wooden case and shock-absorbing materials to avoid unnecessary damage during transit and prevent unnecessary losses.

When the equipment is transported without a wooden case, stacking is not allowed. When using our company's packaging box, the maximum stacking layers allowed is two.

During transportation, the instrument panel should face upward.

2. Storage

The equipment should be placed in a dry, dust-free, ventilated room without corrosive gases. Without wooden case packaging, stacking is not allowed.

When storing, the panel should face upward. Place moisture-proof materials at the bottom of the equipment to prevent dampness.

Development Trends

It will develop towards more precise, intelligent, and miniaturized directions.
