Referring to the power industry standard DL/T 662-1999 "Technical Conditions for Sulfur Hexafluoride Gas Recovery Devices" and the former Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry standard JB/DQ2588-90 "SF6 Filling and Recovery Devices", and also referencing the advantages of the world-renowned German brand DILO products, this SF6 gas recovery and filling device has been developed to be more suitable for China's SF6 high-voltage switchgear industry.
Device Composition
The device consists of a recovery system, filling system, vacuum pumping system, drying system, purification system, and storage system.
Main Functions
● Vacuum pumping and vacuum measurement of the device itself, electrical equipment, and storage tanks
● Recovery of gas from electrical equipment
● Drying and purification of recovered and refilled SF6 gas
● Filling SF6 gas into SF6 electrical equipment
● Compressing and storing SF6 gas from electrical equipment in liquid form
Device Features
● Adopts the design principle of freezing and liquefaction, reducing the working pressure of the system and greatly improving recovery efficiency.
● The refrigeration compressor can be optionally equipped with an original fully enclosed refrigeration compressor imported from France. It can also be upgraded for free to a semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor produced by a wholly US-owned enterprise, Emerson-Copeland (with performance far exceeding any original imported fully enclosed compressor of the same cooling capacity).
● The SF6 compressor is a semi-hermetic compressor produced by a wholly US-owned enterprise (Emerson-Copeland brand), applied to halogen gases such as SF6, with fluorine resistance characteristics to ensure no leakage.
● The vacuum pump can be optionally equipped with a Japanese Ulvac two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump or a German original Busch, German wholly-owned Leybold, etc.
● Dual-container system, SF6 can be liquefied and filled into cylinders, with a filling capacity of no less than 50kg. The filling capacity of a single-container recovery device is no less than 30kg.
● The dual-container system has an innovative SF6 vaporization method, using high-temperature, high-pressure SF6 gas to force low-temperature, low-pressure SF6 liquid into cylinders, with short filling time and large filling capacity.
● A column-type level gauge can be used, providing intuitive and accurate SF6 liquid level indication. The level has backlight indication for clear visibility.
● The liquid storage container is equipped with a high-power SF6 vaporization electric heater. During use, temperature is automatically controlled to fully vaporize SF6 for external filling.
● Excellent imported (US) oil mist filtration system ensures oil content meets standards. Compressor lubricating oil is guaranteed not to need replenishment within one year, and the oil level is ensured not to decrease.
● The molecular sieve drying system has reliable performance. Molecular sieve regeneration does not require disassembly, dismantling, or replacement, and is convenient to use. Only a self-regeneration operation of the molecular sieve dryer is needed, and the drying performance can be restored to its original state.
● All ball valves adopt the working principle of American Swagelok, with sealing elements having automatic compensation performance. They are practically applied in vacuum and pressure conditions, ensuring no leakage in both vacuum and pressure, and are special ball valves for both vacuum and pressure use. (Original American Swagelok ball valves can also be selected).
● Customized phase sequence protection device, with a withstand voltage of up to 500V, greatly improving reliability.
● Three-phase five-wire power supply, safer and more reliable.
● The flow chart can be optionally drawn on the panel for convenient and intuitive operation. All ball valves are used, with clear open and closed states.
● Air-cooled and mobile, can be used without a water source.
● The vacuum gauge is a digital display Pirani vacuum gauge.
● High-quality casters for easy movement without damaging the floor.
