This method requires an adjustable AC high-voltage power supply. The voltage signal input is connected to the measuring instrument terminal of the test transformer. One end of the zinc oxide arrester is connected to high voltage, and the other end is grounded through a protector, connected together with the instrument's ground. The AC current signal input terminal is connected to the upper end of the protector.
Click the "→" and the screen displays the online wiring diagram (live test). During online measurement, the voltage signal input terminal is connected to the secondary side of the PT on the same phase as the arrester under test, the current signal input terminal is connected to the upper end of the arrester's counter, and the instrument's grounding terminal is connected to the lower end of the counter and linked to the ground.
According to the on-site requirements, refer to the above wiring methods for correct connection
2. After correct connection, move the cursor to set PT transformation ratio, click "Confirm", and the screen enters the setting interface.

Input the transformation ratio correctly according to the actual ratio. Input method: press the "→" key to move the cursor to the position to be modified, then press the "↑" key to increase or decrease, changing the value.
*Note the correct calculation method of the transformation ratio:
Method for determining the transformation ratio of the test transformer: The transformation ratio here should be the turns ratio or voltage ratio between the high-voltage winding and the measuring instrument winding. For example, for a test transformer with a rated AC output voltage of 50KV, the rated voltage of the measuring instrument winding is generally 100V, so the transformation ratio is 50KV/100V=500. Method for determining the online transformation ratio: Taking a 110KV arrester as an example, its transformation ratio is (110KV/ )/(100V/ )=1100.
Press the "Confirm" key until the screen prompts whether the transformation ratio is correct. When pressing "No", the screen returns to resetting the PT transformation ratio. If everything is checked and correct, press the "OK" key to enter the measurement state.
3. Press the "Confirm" key.
