If the alarm light is on when pressing the detection button, it indicates that there is a poor contact defect inside the MOA, or the external wiring is not secure. After the discharge light is on, check whether there is a problem with the external wiring, or replace the test sample and press the reset button again for the next detection. If the alarm light is not on, it indicates that the internal contact of the MOA is good and the wiring is problem-free. The instrument will automatically enter the state of measuring U1mA and Id, and display the test results on the meter. After the discharge light is on, the detection is completed, and the test wiring can be removed or the test sample can be replaced for the next test.

1. Zero adjustment of the instrument meter

After the instrument has been used for a period of time, it may need to be adjusted. The adjustment method is: start the instrument, the alarm light is on (do not connect the test sample at this time), press and hold the detection button, and adjust the corresponding potentiometer on the panel until the meter readings are "zero ±1 digit" respectively. Voltage and current zeroing are performed separately.

2. Instrument error adjustment

After the instrument has been used for a period of time, if an error is found, it can be adjusted. After connecting the test sample, if the U1mA value is determined, assuming it is 27.0kV, press and hold the detection button, and check whether the voltage meter reading is equal to the reference voltage U1mA (27.0kV) of the tester. If not, adjust the zero potentiometer on the left side of the voltage meter. After adjustment, release the detection button. (See the figure below for the adjustment of the reference voltage)

3. Simple fault handling

If the current meter display is abnormal or cannot be adjusted to zero, it indicates that the input protection operational amplifier (CA3140E) IC1 in the current loop is damaged like a fuse, and replace the configured component
