The experimental high-voltage transformer is produced based on the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics' "Test Transformer" standard, with significant improvements over the original similar products. The AC/DC high-voltage test transformer is a new type of product produced according to the national standard "JB∕T 9641-1999" after improvements on the basis of the test transformer. This series of products features small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, strong universality, and convenient use. It is particularly suitable for insulation strength tests under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research departments. It is an essential important equipment in high-voltage testing.

Frequency conversion series-parallel resonance test transformer uses the principle of series resonance. By adjusting the output frequency of the frequency conversion controller, the inductance L of the reactor in the circuit and the capacitance C of the test object undergo series resonance, and the resonance voltage is the voltage applied to the test object.

Frequency conversion series-parallel resonance test transformer is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and other industries. It is suitable for large-capacity, high-voltage capacitive test objects, such as generators, transformers, GIS, high-voltage cross-linked cables, instrument transformers, bushings, etc., for commissioning tests and preventive tests.

Working Principle

The frequency conversion series-parallel resonance test transformer provides power supply through the frequency modulation controller. After the test voltage is initially boosted by the excitation transformer, high voltage is applied to the reactor L and the test object CX. By changing the output frequency of the frequency modulation controller, the circuit is in a series resonance state; adjust the output voltage of the frequency modulation controller so that the high voltage on the test object reaches the required voltage value. The resonance frequency of the circuit depends on the capacitance CX of the test object and the inductance L of the reactor, the resonance frequency.
