Product Overview

The special transformer ratio and vector group tester is designed for three-phase transformers in power systems, especially Z-type winding transformers, rectifier transformers, and Scott, inverse Scott, and balance transformers in railway electrical systems.

The instrument inputs single-phase power, and the internal power module generates three-phase or two-phase power, which is output to the high-voltage side of the transformer. Then, both high and low voltage sides are sampled simultaneously, and finally the vector group, ratio, error, and phase difference are calculated.

The instrument adopts a large-screen LCD display, full Chinese menu, and Chinese character printing output.

The instrument has a built-in user manual that can be consulted at any time.

The instrument can be directly controlled by a host computer via the USB port to perform operations such as setting, measurement, upload, data saving, and printing.

The instrument is very convenient to operate and is an ideal transformer ratio, vector group, and polarity tester for power systems, transformer manufacturers, and railway electrical systems.

Product Features

  • Especially suitable for ratio and phase difference testing of special transformers.

  • Especially suitable for measuring rectifier transformers with phase shifting, and it can intuitively display the phase shift angle.

  • Automatically generates three-phase (120°) or two-phase (90°) power with stable amplitude and constant phase.

  • Not constrained by the internal wiring of the transformer, it directly measures the voltage ratio and phase angle difference between the high and low voltage sides.

  • The instrument can be directly controlled by a host computer via the USB port to perform operations such as setting, measurement, upload, data saving, and printing.

  • The instrument is very convenient to operate and is an ideal transformer ratio, vector group, and polarity tester for power systems, transformer manufacturers, and railway electrical systems.
