Main Features

1. Supports positive/reverse wiring modes.

2. Oil dielectric loss measurement can be achieved with just a standard oil cup and dedicated test leads.

3. Utilizes frequency conversion technology to eliminate on-site power frequency interference, ensuring reliable data even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.

4. Overcurrent protection function prevents damage to the instrument in case of short circuit or breakdown of the test object.

5. Built-in standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply facilitate on-site testing and reduce field wiring.

6. Large LCD screen with Chinese menu prompts guides the testing process, making it intuitive and easy to operate.

The dielectric loss tester is a high-precision instrument used in power plants, substations, and other field or laboratory settings to test the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment. The instrument features an integrated structure, incorporating a dielectric loss test bridge, a variable frequency voltage regulator power supply, a step-up transformer, and an SF6 high-stability standard capacitor. The test high-voltage source is generated by the internal inverter and stepped up by the transformer for testing the test object. The frequency can be set to 45Hz or 55Hz, or 55Hz or 65Hz, using digital notch technology to avoid interference from the power frequency electric field, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for testing with generator power supply after a complete power outage. Equipped with an insulating oil cup, the instrument can test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.
