Performance of High Voltage Switch Tester
Time: Inherent opening and closing time of 12 break contacts, simultaneity within same phase and between phases.
Reclosing: For each break contact, the process times of close-open, open-close, and open-close-open: one open time, one close time, second close time, gold short time, and no-current time values.
Bounce: For each break contact, the closing bounce time, bounce count, bounce process, bounce waveform; and the opening rebound amplitude for each break contact.
Speed: Just-open and just-close speeds, maximum speed, and time-stroke characteristic curve.
Stroke: Total stroke, opening distance, overtravel stroke, overshoot stroke, and rebound amplitude.
Current: Opening and closing coil currents and current waveform diagrams for opening and closing operations.
Action Voltage: The built-in digitally adjustable DC 30~250V/20A power supply for circuit breaker operation automatically completes the low-voltage action test and measures the action voltage value of the circuit breaker.
