3KVA5KVA/50KV Intelligent Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test
The 3KVA5KVA/50KV intelligent power frequency withstand voltage test device is used for insulation withstand voltage testing under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems. This series of test transformers has the advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure, and strong versatility.
3KVA5KVA/50KV Intelligent Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Details
3KVA5KVA/50KV Intelligent Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Device Product Features:
◆ The product adopts a one-time pressed high-voltage bushing
◆ The bushing is completely isolated from the oil tank, and all connecting parts are sealed with imported oil-resistant O-ring seals, completely solving the common problem of transformer oil leakage
◆ Horizontal core design effectively improves the product's seismic resistance
◆ All products undergo a 24-hour inverted test before leaving the factory to check for oil leakage in the test transformer
◆ All products can pass the 1.1 times induced withstand voltage test
◆ The insulating oil uses colorless and transparent Karamay original oil
◆ The high and low voltage wires use high-strength polyester and oxygen-free copper rod enameled wire
◆ The core uses brand new WISCO two-silicon cold-rolled silicon steel sheets

Use power frequency 220V (380V for 10KVA and above) to connect to the control box (console) (supporting equipment for the test transformer, please refer to the control box (console) instruction manual for details), and adjust the voltage from 0-220V/380V through the auto-transformer to input to the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the secondary (high-voltage) winding obtains the same multiple of voltage amplitude as the ratio of turns to the primary winding - power frequency high voltage. This power frequency high voltage can be rectified by a high-voltage silicon stack and filtered by a capacitor to obtain DC high voltage, whose amplitude is a multiple of the effective value of the power frequency high voltage.
This series of products is divided into three categories: AC type is named YD(J), AC/DC dual-use type is named YD(JZ). At the same time, YDJ(G) and YDJ(Z) with 200V taps can be connected to form a cascade test transformer.
