Contact Loop Resistance Tester
Contact resistance tester, switch loop resistance tester, contact loop resistance tester, contact (loop) resistance tester.
The loop resistance tester is a specialized instrument used for measuring the contact resistance and loop resistance of switch control equipment. The test current adopts the 100A DC recommended by the national standard GB763. It can directly measure loop resistance or contact resistance at currents of 100A, 200A, 300A, 400A, 500A, or 600A, and display it directly. It can also save up to 100 groups of data on the instrument. The saved data can be communicated with the upper computer via the RS232 interface, uploaded to a computer for storage or printing. This instrument features accurate measurement and stable performance, suitable for on-site high-voltage switch maintenance in power and power supply departments and for loop resistance testing requirements in high-voltage switch factories.
Instrument Source
In power systems, conventional double-arm DC bridges are commonly used to measure the DC resistance of transformer coils and the contact resistance of high-voltage circuit breakers. However, the test current of such bridges is only in the mA level, making it difficult to detect defects such as reduced cross-sectional area of the conductor in the transformer coil's conductive loop. When measuring the contact resistance of the conductive loop of high-voltage switches, due to the influence of oil films and oxide layers between moving and static contacts, the measured resistance value is several times larger, masking the true contact resistance value. According to "DL / T 845.4-2004 General Technical Conditions for Resistance Measuring Devices of the Electric Power Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China"
The loop resistance tester stipulates that the measurement current for contact resistance of circuit breakers and disconnectors shall not be less than 100A to ensure measurement accuracy.
The loop resistance tester is designed according to the latest electric power execution standard DL/T845.4-2004 of the People's Republic of China, combining high-frequency switching power supply technology and digital circuit technology. It is suitable for measuring the loop resistance of switch control equipment. Its test current adopts the DC 100A recommended by the national standard. It can directly measure the loop resistance at a current of 100A and display it digitally.
Loop Resistance Tester: GroundResistanceMeterPurpose and Application Scope: GroundResistanceSuitable for direct measurement of variousgroundingdevices' ground resistance values. It can also be used for general lowresistancemeasurement. The four-terminal (0~1~10~100Ω specification) can also measuresoilresistivity. Loop Resistance Tester: Single-clamp Loop Resistance Tester
Single-clamp Loop Ground Resistance Tester Performance and Features: Unique single-clamp design avoids errors caused by mutual interference between two probes of double-clamp type. No auxiliary ground rods needed; just clamp directly to measure.
Loop Resistance Tester: Universal Ground/Insulation Resistance Tester
There are many testing methods: double-clamp ground resistance test, four-pole ground resistance test, soil resistivity test, insulation resistance test, AC/DC resistance tester voltage test, and current RMS test.
Loop Resistance Tester: Ground Impedance Tester
The clamp-type ground resistance meter series does not require auxiliary ground rods during measurement, nor does it need to interrupt the grounding of the equipment under test. Simply clamp the ground wire or rod to measure the ground resistance down to 0.1Ω. It can also perform current measurement.
Loop Resistance Tester: Loop Resistance Tester
Microprocessor-controlled, with high precision and high reliability. Three indicator lights check whether the wiring status is correct. Directly reads short-circuit protection current and ground fault current. Automatically locks when the test resistor overheats.
Loop Resistance Tester: Digital Ground Resistance Tester
This tester is specially used to measure the ground resistance values of various electrical equipment, lightning rods, etc. The product is an all-electronic instrument, with key circuits assembled from integrated circuits produced by Texas Instruments, USA. The testing principle is advanced.
