Product Overview



It is a new type of high-voltage testing equipment. This series of products adopts a single-frame core structure, with the primary winding and high-voltage winding coaxially wound on the core, thereby reducing leakage flux and increasing coupling between windings. The overall structure is compact, highly versatile, and easy to carry, suitable for on-site testing of insulation performance of various high-voltage electrical equipment in power systems and for power users. It is an essential test instrument for power equipment testing and preventive tests.



The light high-voltage test transformer can be used not only for AC power frequency withstand voltage tests, but also can be assembled into a DC high-voltage test device by equipping it with capacitors, silicon stacks, and high-voltage DC microammeters of the same voltage level and capacity, enabling measurement of high-voltage DC leakage current.



Product Structure



 The core is of single-frame type. The coil adopts a concentric cylindrical multi-layer tower structure, with the primary low-voltage winding wound on the core and the secondary high-voltage winding wound outside the low-voltage winding. This coaxial arrangement reduces coupling losses between windings. The high-voltage silicon stack is encapsulated in a bushing using special processes, and the product casing is made into an octagonal structure that fits well with the core assembly, presenting an attractive overall appearance.



Working Principle



    1. Single-phase transformer, connection group label II. The working process of a single high-voltage test transformer: AC 220V (380V for 10KVA and above, including 10KVA) voltage is connected to the power control box (console), and the voltage is adjusted to 0~200V (0~400V for 10KVA and above) through the auto-transformer (external for 50KVA and above) inside the power control box (console) to the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the required high voltage for testing can be obtained at the high-voltage winding of the test transformer.
