Characteristics
◆ Voltage, current, time, status information, and prompt information data are displayed on a 4.7-inch large LCD screen, with clear and intuitive readings;
◆ Full Chinese interface, simple and clear operation, adaptable to various application scenarios;
◆ Touch-type key operation, all functions can be set via keys, improving product safety and reliability;
◆ Fully digital calibration method, abandoning outdated potentiometer adjustments, extremely convenient for on-site use, and accuracy is easy to control (this function is password-protected);
◆ Direct key setting of the transformer ratio of the test transformer (this function is password-protected), allowing flexible application when connecting to test equipment of different voltage levels, truly enabling
one control box to be compatible with multiple transformers;
◆ Status reminder function, full Chinese guided operation, can be skillfully operated even without a manual;
◆ During the test, a flashing high-voltage symbol is displayed on the screen, constantly reminding operators to pay attention to safety;
◆ Test result display function, can automatically judge the test result (test passed or failed), and reliably record the voltage during overcurrent, flashover, or breakdown of the test object;
◆ Test result audible alarm function, when the test passes or fails, the device emits different alarm sounds, allowing test personnel to directly identify the test result from the alarm sound;
◆ Pause function, in automatic control mode, this function allows pausing the voltage rise or fall at any point, and the pause time can be flexibly controlled by the test personnel, facilitating observation of the test object's status;
◆ Automatic timing function. In automatic control mode, when the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the device automatically starts timing, and when the timing ends, the test result is displayed, and the device automatically returns to zero;
◆ Manual timing function, in manual control mode, the timer can be started manually, and when the withstand voltage time ends, the device automatically returns to zero (only available on desktop devices);
◆ Manual control mode, this mode is similar to traditional electric raise/lower voltage, with raise/lower controlled by buttons, the device automatically judges upper/lower limits, and has overvoltage protection;
◆ Intelligent control of voltage rise speed, when the voltage reaches 80% of the target voltage, the rise speed automatically slows down, and when it reaches 90% of the target voltage, the rise speed further slows down;
◆ Optional remote communication, door interlock alarm light and bell, external voltage divider calibration interface, etc.;
◆ Combines hardware and software anti-interference technologies, with stable performance and strong anti-interference capability.
Operation and Usage Methods
Operating Procedures
1. Set up the site according to relevant regulations, connect the equipment wiring, and areas with conditions should have dedicated safety personnel on-site for guidance.
2. Before operation, adjust the current relay (KA) according to the capacity and voltage level of the test object.
3. Close the power switch, press the power-on button to engage the contactor, the voltage regulator is energized, the power indicator light turns off, and the power-on indicator light turns on, at which point the voltage rise test can be conducted.
4. Slowly rotate the voltage regulator handle clockwise (for electric control consoles, press the point-rise button) while closely watching the voltmeter (a voltage rise rate of 3KV per second is recommended). When the voltage rises to the specified withstand voltage value of the test object, promptly press the timing button and closely observe the test object's condition.
5. When the specified withstand voltage time for the test object is reached, an alarm (bell) sound will be emitted from the console (box), indicating that the test object has passed the withstand voltage test. At this point, rotate the voltage regulator handle counterclockwise (for electric control consoles, press the point-lower button) to return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the stop button to cut off the power.
6. During the voltage rise or withstand voltage test, if overvoltage occurs, promptly rotate the voltage regulator knob counterclockwise (for electric control consoles, press the point-lower button) to bring the voltage back to the specified value.
7. During the test, if the current indication on the ammeter exceeds the specified range for the test object, immediately stop the voltage rise, find the relevant cause, and then conduct the test again.
8. During the voltage rise or withstand voltage test, if overcurrent such as short circuit, flashover, or breakdown occurs, the current relay will activate to automatically cut off power to the voltage regulator, indicating that the test object is unqualified. At this point, return the voltage regulator to zero and reset the timing button for the next operation.
