Application and review of the license for installation (repair, testing) of electric power facilities (third-level testing complete device set),
These conditions are formulated in accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Licenses for Installation (Repair, Testing) of Electric Power Facilities" (Order No. 28 of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission) and relevant standards of the electric power industry, combined with the actual management of installation (repair, testing) electric power facility licenses and the electric power construction market.
Article 2 These conditions apply to the application, change, renewal and other licensing matters of installation (repair, testing) electric power facility licenses nationwide. During the construction and operation process, installation (repair, testing) electric power facility enterprises shall, in accordance with national standards, electric power safety production and other regulatory requirements, be equipped with machinery and equipment suitable for the construction and operation activities according to the actual needs of the project.
Article 3 The conditions for construction machinery and equipment required for installation (repair, testing) electric power facility licenses at all levels include transportation tools, tower assembly and wire laying equipment, insulating oil and gas construction equipment, crimping, welding and cutting equipment, and measurement, testing and power equipment. (See Appendix 1 for details: Third-level testing complete device set)
Article 4 The conditions for construction machinery and equipment required for repair (installation, testing) electric power facility licenses at all levels include transportation tools, line maintenance construction equipment, insulating oil and gas construction equipment, crimping, welding and cutting equipment, and measurement, testing and power equipment. (See Appendix 2 for details)
Article 5 The conditions for construction machinery and equipment required for testing (installation, repair) electric power facility licenses at all levels include high-voltage generation equipment, electrical measuring instruments, insulating oil and gas testing instruments, and common instruments and meters.
