Overview



JYZ Vacuum High-Efficiency Oil Filter is designed to meet the needs of on-site maintenance of various high and low voltage oil-filled equipment in power maintenance departments. We refer to the technology of Japan's Kato Company and developed countries in Europe and America, strictly implement national standards, and are guided by DL/T521-93 Guidelines for the Use of Vacuum Purification Oil Filters. It features small size, light weight, easy mobility, low noise, long continuous operation time, stable performance, and convenient operation. It is an ideal device for various power plants, substations, transformer stations, electrical manufacturing plants, and industrial and mining enterprises to filter water, gas, and impurities from transformer oil, gear oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and other oil liquids.



2. Main Uses



1. This machine can be used for on-site oil filtration and oil replenishment of various oil-immersed transformers, oil-immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, and low-oil relays.



2. This machine can be used for on-site hot oil circulation drying of the above equipment, especially effective for oil-immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, and low-oil circuit breakers.



3. This machine can be used for on-site vacuum oil filling and replenishment of sealed oil-immersed equipment, as well as vacuuming the equipment.



4. This machine can also be used for regeneration and purification of slightly deteriorated transformer oil, bringing its performance up to the standard of qualified oil.



3. Main Features



JYZ Vacuum High-Efficiency Oil Filter has the following characteristics compared with similar products at home and abroad:



1. Small size and light weight, being half the total weight of similar products;



2. Improved and perfected the design of oil-gas separation. Using vacuum oil inlet, a tubular rotary oil sprayer is installed, which reduces resistance, increases rotation speed, and enhances the oil-gas separation effect;



3. According to user needs, the filter medium in the oil purifier part is a specific fine filter cartridge, which is made of non-toxic and odorless polypropylene as raw material, formed through melt-blowing, spraying, drawing, and receiving to create a tubular filter cartridge;



4. One machine with multiple functions is an important feature of this machine. Since this machine is used on-site and utilizes the original oil-filled equipment as an oil storage tank, hot oil circulates between the machine and the equipment, allowing the three functions of oil filtration, regeneration, and hot oil circulation drying to be carried out simultaneously, saving labor and time, truly achieving three results with one effort.



4. Working Principle



The vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, coarse filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical control cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts air from the vacuum tank to create a vacuum. Under atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the coarse filter through the inlet pipe to remove larger particles, then enters the heating pipe. After being heated to 40~75°C, the oil passes through an automatic oil float valve, which automatically controls the balance of oil entering and leaving the vacuum tank. The heated oil is rapidly rotated by the spray wings, separating the oil into a semi-mist state. The moisture in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor and is continuously drawn by the vacuum pump into the condenser, where it is cooled and condensed back into liquid water for discharge. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged by the oil discharge pump into the fine filter, where particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter cartridge, thereby completing the entire process of quickly removing impurities, moisture, and gas from the oil, and clean oil is discharged from the outlet.
