It is a mandatory test item for semi-finished and finished products during transformer manufacturing, factory acceptance tests, installation, major repairs, after changing tap changers, handover tests, and preventive tests in power departments. It can check the welding quality of winding joints and whether there are inter-turn short circuits in the windings. It can detect whether the contacts of the voltage tap changer are in good condition at each position, whether the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position, whether the lead wires are broken, and whether there are broken strands in multi-strand parallel windings. Transformer Ratio Bridge Tester



1. It is necessary to wait until the discharge is complete and the alarm sound stops before removing the wires; otherwise, it is dangerous.



2. When measuring no-load tap-changing transformers, before switching the tap, it is necessary to reset and discharge first. Only after the alarm sound stops can the tap position be switched.



3. When selecting the current, refer to the range in the technical specifications column. If the range is exceeded, since the current cannot reach the preset value, the instrument will remain in the "charging" state. In this case, press the reset button to reset the instrument and select a smaller current range. If the range is insufficient, "current too small" will be displayed. When either of these two states occurs, confirm the range and select a larger current for testing.



4. After the test is completed, press the "Reset" button. The instrument power will be disconnected from the winding, and discharge will occur with an audible alarm. The ammeter will return to zero, and the display will return to the initial state. After the discharge alarm sound ends, rewiring can be done for the next measurement, or the test leads and power cord can be removed to end the measurement.
